Reiki Healing

Reiki is a pure and simple hands-on energy healing modality from Japan. It works with the universal life force energy that flows through all life forms.

During a reiki treatment the reiki master practitioner is a channel for this energy, which is passed on to the client to activate their own self-healing powers. The treatment is based around major energy centres in the body (chakras), but by its nature the energy will go wherever it is needed most.

Reiki will help remove energy blockages and encourages a natural and balanced flow of energy. It can have effects on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.

The experience of reiki is different for every different soul, but most of the time people receiving a reiki treatment will feel very relaxed and comfortable. Some people might feel warm or cold sensations, shift in subtle energies and allignment or a release of emotion.
